Section 01

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 77win ("77win", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 77win website at https://77win.click and all associated services, products, features, and content provided therein.

All monetary transactions on 77win are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Definitions

• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Player on the77win platform, through which all gaming activities, transactions, and communications are conducted.
• "Balance" — the aggregate sum of funds held within a Player's Account, comprising deposited funds and any bonus credits, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• "Platform" — the 77win website, mobile-optimised site, applications, and all associated digital infrastructure operated under the domain https://77win.click.
• "Wager" — any bet, stake, or participation in a Game placed by a Player using real-money or bonus funds held in their Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before any associated winings may be withdrawn. Also referred to as "rollover" or "playthrough".
• "Withdrawal" — a Player-initiated request to transfer funds from their 77win Account to a nominated external payment method, including e-wallets, DuitNow, FPX, or bank transfer.

Section 03

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 77win, you must satisfy each of the following conditions at all times:

Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.77win strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will terminate any Account found to be held by an individual below the age of 21. Any funds in such an Account may be forfeited in accordance with applicable compliance obligations.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Individuals who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering into contracts are not eligible.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing77win from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
4. Single Account: Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered Account on 77win. Registering multiple Accounts, whether in your own name or through aliases, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
5. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. 77win reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided.
6. Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 77win or any of its affiliated entities or business partners.

Section 04

Account Registration & Security

When registering an Account on 77win, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid contact number. This information is used for identity verification, account management, and communication purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. 77win strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account to provide an additional layer of security.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• 77win will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
• You must notify 77win immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account.
• 77win shall not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain Account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised use of your credentials.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any Account balance to any third party.

77win reserves the right to require additional documentation for KYC purposes at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Withdrawal requests may be held pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

Section 05

Deposits & Withdrawals

77win supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through a range of verified Malaysian payment channels, including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: RM30 per transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• 77win does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit from the same Account, unless an exception is approved following KYC review.
• Withdrawal processing times: E-walets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) typically under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX typically 5–15 minutes; Direct bank transfer typically 15–60 minutes. These are indicative timeframes and not guarantees.
• 77win reserves the right to apply additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to applicable taxes, levies, or deductions as required by law.

Section 06

Bonuses & Promotions

77win may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry dates.

• Bonus offers are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and meet all applicable eligibility criteria.
• Only one welcome bonus package may be claimed per Player, per household, and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the specified timeframe (as stated in individual bonus terms) or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• 77win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted in the specific promotion terms.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including by creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or engaging in hedging strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value, will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Section 07

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All wagers placed on 77win are subject to the specific rules applicable to the respective Game or market. These rules are made available within each game interface or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference.

• A Wager is considered accepted and binding once it has been confirmed by the77win system and a confirmation notification has been issued to the Player.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or any other malfunction affecting the outcome of a Game, 77win reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to Players' Accounts.
• 77win's decisions regarding the settlement of wagers, the interpretation of game rules, and the resolution of disputes are final and binding.
• Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise not completed in a manner sufficient to determine a valid outcome, 77win reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules.
• Maximum and minimum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits may vary by game type, market, and Player account status.
• 77win reserves the right to limit, adjust, or refuse any Wager at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, information asymmetry, or other forms of integrity risk.

Section 08

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 77win and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or using an Account for or on behalf of any third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the use of the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, collusion, or any other financial crime or illegal activity through the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, gain advantages, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winings arising from such exploitation may be forfeited.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically intended to extract value in a manner that constitutes abuse of the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward 77win staff, customer support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform, circumvent security measures, or interfere with the platform's infrastructure.
• Using VPN, proxy services, or any other method to disguise your true geographic location in order to circumvent jurisdiction restrictions.

Section 09

Intellectual Property

All content on the 77win platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio-visual materials, game software, user interfaces, and underlying code, is the proprietary intellectual property of 77win or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the platform without prior written authorisation from 77win.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any platform content or software.
• Use any 77win trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without express written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from the platform using automated tools.

Section 10

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The 77win platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 77win makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability and reliability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77win expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall 77win be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, regardless of whether77win was advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain Account security.
• Any losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service outages beyond 77win's reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, 77win's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 11

Responsible Gambling

77win is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and take proactive steps to support players in maintaining control over their gaming behaviour.

77win provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Players:

Section 12

Account Suspension & Termination

77win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any associated policy.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe or to provide satisfactory documentation when requested.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceding twelve (12) months, in which case 77win may apply a monthly maintenance fee to the Account balance following prior written notice.
• Receipt of a legal order, regulatory instruction, or court direction requiring account closure or fund restraint.

Upon Account closure for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to ongoing investigation) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

Amendments to These Terms

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Where an informal resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable period, disputes may be referred to an appropriate independent dispute resolution body as designated by 77win's licensing authority. 77win's decisions regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility determinations, and account status adjudications shall be final unless overturned by a competent dispute resolution body.

Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation that cannot be waived by contractual agreement.
